Cave Modrić

The stalactite cave Modrić, one of the most beautiful caves on the Adriatic, is located in the village of Rovanjska about 54 km from Pakostane. The cave complex is 836 m long and has a large number of stalactites, stalagmites, columns and natural formations inside, where you can imagine eg organ or sepia. The Modrić Cave is a protected natural object that has remained intact by human intervention, also due to the fact that the exploration / exploration takes place in small groups. A visit to the cave will bring you an unforgettable experience, where you can try out how the caves used to be. The tour of the Modric cave takes about 1.5 hours to 2 hours with experienced speleology guides at a pleasant 15 ° C. The guides will provide you with speleological helmets, headlamps and overalls. Don't forget to wear solid shoes, light clothing and a bag (or protective case) for your camera!
